I'm in the middle of a South Island adventure, doing some fun snowboarding and looking at some fantastic scenery. Here I am at a place called Lake Ohau on a ski lift. Let the Dream Team know what your up to and what's a highlight of your holidays so far.

I know we are a class of AUTHORS and some of you just love writing.  Here is an opportunity for you to write some stories on the internet over the holidays.  I will post a few more things since I have my laptop back working.  We are using the picture from Ruapehu's Eruption a few years ago.  I have shown you in class how to use it.   

Remember - Read the hook, put your name and then hit ENTER a few times and start writing your story.  Make sure you:

- Don't forget your full stops
- match your spelling to the sounds you hear in a word
- have fun!
